Credit Card:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. If you are paying with a credit card be sure the address on your Tekno RC account is also the billing address for the card. Enter the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement. If the billing address is incorrect, your payment could be declined. We offer the option of shipping to a different address other than the billing address. Enter your credit card # without dashes. Also be sure to input the CVV correctly (last 3 digits on the back of your card). We are looking very closely for credit card fraud. For your convenience, you may use your PayPal account to make purchases from Tekno RC. After making your payment, please be sure PayPal returns you to our site for final order confirmation.

Check or Money Order:

You may purchase our products by check or money order. To obtain the correct amount for the check or money order, create an account and add all of the items to your shopping cart. Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment screen. You should see your calculated total in the top right of the page.

Checks and money orders should be made payable to Tekno RC. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery after your payment clears.

Sales Tax:

Any orders shipped within California are subject to 8.0% sales tax. There is no tax charged for orders outside of California (Sorry Californians, it’s the law).

Shipping – US Customers:

  • We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS shipping options.
  • Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location and shipping method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are computed automatically based on the weight of the items ordered and are presented to you before final order confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 12:00pm PST are usually shipped out that day. Orders placed after this time are usually shipped the following business day.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged sent through the USPS mail system.
  • There is no tracking available for Priority Mail International packages.

Shipping – International Customers:

  • We offer USPS Express Mail® International (EMS), Priority Mail® International, and First-Class Mail® International services.

  • Please be aware that international packages can be delayed due to weather or customs. These delays are beyond our control and we can not be held responsible for any such delays.
  • We cannot put any dollar amount other than the actual dollar amount on your package, it is illegal for us to do so.
  • We cannot mark your package as GIFT, it is illegal for us to do so.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged packages sent through First-Class Mail® International.
